Fabulous service from Brooke & Paul, from installation and servicing, right through to support recently when technical issues in the old circuit board of our house affected the heat pump. Even though Paul installed the heat pump almost 10 years ago, he was proactive, responsive, and willing to diagnose and solve the problem. Basically, he got it sorted without any fuss. Probably the most stunning example of customer service and care I've ever experienced.

I rang Paul and he was around within 20 minutes! He rang me after he left with a quote for the job and to say he had ordered the parts. A day later the job had been done! Super impressed! Great job done, cleaned my heat pump while he was there and even put her batteries in both remotes! I had waited a month for another company to do it! Wish I had gone to Hotshotz from the start!!
