Paul Topless
Owner/Operator
Paul is the owner-operator of Hotshotz. Paul is married to Brooke and together they started Hotshotz back in August 2005. Paul is a fully a qualified Refrigeration Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the trade. He has a vast knowledge in this industry and with his years of experience you know you can trust his expert advice. Paul is our installation, quotation and head of fixing things expert, whether it be your heat pump, air conditioner or car air conditioning.
Brooke Mckee-Topless
Owner/Operator
Brooke is the other half of Hotshotz, and you’ll generally find her in the office when she is not being a taxi mum for their children Bax and Aja. Brooke has been involved with Hotshotz since it started 15 years ago. She not only does all the administration side of things, but Brooke is also always keen to jump on the tools and helps out with the heat pump air conditioning cleaning side of the business. Brooke is not afraid of getting dirty and enjoys chatting to our local and loyal customers as she spruces up their heat pumps ready for the seasons ahead, before heading back to the office to keep the admin side of things ticking over.
